International Collaboration: Showcasing Latvian EdTech in Mauritius

In May 2025, Latvian IT companies SIA Tilde and SIA Lielvārds participated in a mission to Mauritius, organized by UNESCO and the Permanent Representation of Latvia to the OECD and UNESCO. The delegation presented Latvia's digital education solutions, including the digital learning platform Soma.lv and AI-based speech and text conversion tools. The visit aimed to explore opportunities for adapting Latvian digital education technologies to the Mauritian context, fostering international cooperation and knowledge exchange in the field of educational digitalization
